Personally i find difficult to understand when in comics one onomatopoeia like the BURPS wich comes form someone out of frame its the trigger for the very next action on the next panel.
Also here you choose to show character's eye to reflect the anger such insolence means, but maybe its not enraged enough since its nearly the same face form the previous panel.
It also makes difficult to understand why does he face the bandana guy first, i mean he looks quite more serious than the other guys, and indeed he is further than the others as shown in first panel.
Sometimes we find our comics really easy to read but when showing to people once inked they help to find difficulties in visual narrative, and that's a pain in the as to correct. I find for my self really usefull to show the page sketches to other people without caring about figure drawing, and asking them if they understand the action.
Those are my humble advices that i found usefull to myself i hope they help ya too.
